CECEP Solar Energy Wuwei 269 MW PV Power Station is located in Wuwei City, Gansu Province. As a typical desert ground-mounted PV power plant, it has achieved leapfrog development over more than a decade, expanding from an initial 10 MW to the current 269 MW, and has become a benchmark project in the Hexi 10-GW-level wind and solar energy base in Gansu.

Supported by 3 booster stations, 7 switch stations and 2 energy storage systems, the power station realizes efficient resource utilization through centralized management and large-scale operation and maintenance, which has significantly improved its power generation capacity and revenue per kilowatt-hour.

As a model of the "pilot first, then scale-up" strategy in green energy delivery, the station has deeply explored the innovative "PV+" development model and maximized revenue per kilowatt-hour through a hybrid complementary model (Government subsidies, grid parity, and energy storage), opening up new pathways for green energy development.

The project delivers an annual average of430 million kWh of green electricity, creating an ecological legend of "PV + energy storage"in the desert.

CECEP Solar Energy Huanghu Farm 200 MW Fishery-PV Complementary Power Station is located onthe fish pond in the Huanghu Management Zone, Jianli City, Hubei Province.

Without occupying additional land resources, the station makes full use of the abundant local pond water areas to develop a three-dimensional PV powerstation model featuring“PV power generation on water surface and ecological aquaculture underwater”. While supplying clean energy, the project has significantly improved land resource utilization efficiency.

The power station effectively protects the ecological environment and strengthens ecological civilization construction, providing an effective solution for Hubei Province to further optimize its energy structure.

It delivers an annual average of210 million kWh of green electricity, and brings an annual economic increase of more than 10 million yuan from underwater aquaculture. The project has promoted the transformation of more than 100 local fishing households, directly boosting rural revitalization while supporting local economic development.

CECEP Solar Energy Jiangsu Dongtai 78.8 MW Grid-Connected PV Project is located in the Coastal Economic Zone of Dongtai City, Jiangsu Province. As a large-scale comprehensive utilization demonstration base along the coast of Jiangsu, it integrates photovoltaic power generation, scientific and educational research and development, as well as fishery aquaculture. The project supplies approximately100 million kWh of green electricity annually.

Practicing the "PV+" model, the Dongtai Power Station develops photovoltaic power generation and special high-efficiency aquaculture based on the existing tidal flat wind farm, creating a synergistic effect that fosters the development of the green new energy industry. Aquatic products such as shrimp, crabs and fish thrive in a relatively stable environment with suitable light and water temperature, bringing substantial returns to local farmers.

Accordingly, the Dongtai Power Station has maximized economic benefits, effectively boosted the development of the local tertiary industry and increased local residents’ income.

CECEP Solar Energy Shanxi Ruicheng 50 MW PV Power Station, located in the Ruicheng PV Leading Technology Base, is a typical mountain PV project.

It is built entirely on barren hills and slopes, occupying no arable land resources. The site features steep terrain with a maximum altitude of 1,993 meters, about 70% of the area consists of rock formations, and mountain slopes exceed 60 degrees at their steepest points. These conditions impose high requirements on construction techniques and bring great challenges to construction and operation & maintenance. The project integrates photovoltaic power generation with traditional Chinese medicinal herb cultivation. Shading from PV panels reduces soil moisture evaporation, while the root systems of medicinal herbs help stabilize soil and prevent landslides, forming an ecologically complementary model of“Power Generation Above, Seedling Cultivation Below, Scientific Development and Comprehensive Utilization”. The project generates approximately69 million kWh of green electricity annually, creating ecological benefits worth more than one million yuan.

CECEP Solar Energy Xinjiang Khorgas 50 MW PV Power Station generates approximately80 million kWh of green electricity annually.

The station adopts an integrated model of photovoltaic power generation and ecological management to improve the local environment. By constructing straw checkerboard sand barriers in the desert, the project has effectively promoted the growth of sand-fixing plants, raising the vegetation coverage rate from merely 5% to 55%. Leveraging its unique geographical advantages, the station has also piloted the cultivation of lavender, watermelon, sweet potatoes and other crops within the site. Today, the power station area has been transformed from desert into an oasis. The station synergistically promotes the development of a desert-based clean energy economy, improves the regional environment, and helps achieve high-quality economic development in the region.

The Yongqiao Zhuxianzhuang 70 MW Water-Surface PV Power Generation Project in Coal Mining Subsidence Area of CECEP is located in the National Advanced Technology PV Demonstration Base in the Huaibei and Huainan coal mining subsidence area of Anhui Province. The project is a floating photovoltaic power station with top single scale and leading technology in China. The project generally adopts a floating scheme that uses the leading floating system on the water surface to form 13 floating islands to support photovoltaic cell panels. The buoy material is food-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and the floating island scheme may be flexibly arranged according to the actual situation of the water surface to achieve integration with the surrounding natural ecological environment.

The former coal mining subsidence area has become a new energy base. This realizes the reuse of land resources, more efectively promotes the adjustment of local industrial structure, and provides a reliable solution for the development of green energy.

CECEP Solar Energy Dalad Banner 500 MW Sand Control and PV Integration Project is located in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. As part of Inner Mongolia’s sand control and wind-PV integration project, it is equipped with a 75MW/150MWh electrochemical energy storage system. After completion, the project is expected to deliver approximately 850 million kWh of green electricity annually, saving about 260,000 tons of standard coal.

The project adopts the "PV + Sand Control" model.Through the integrated application of reducing evaporation with PV panels, fixing sand with module foundations, carrying out planting and breeding under the panels, and using crops to surround and fix sand, it not only provides clean and renewable energy for the local area, but also effectively improves the regional ecological environment. It plays an important role in building an ecological barrier on the southern bank of the Yellow River, contributing to the win-win of ecological, economic and social benefits.

Sand control work is carried out simultaneously during the project construction. By sowing grass seeds, laying sand barriers, planting trees and other measures, the vegetation coverage rate is expected to increase to more than 65%.

The project adopts a dual model of"Forestry-PV Complementary" and"Fishery-PV Complementary". Among them, Duimenshan Power Station is a forestry-PV complementary project integrated with landscape technology. By planting oil-tea camellia trees between PV arrays and redleaf photinia along the plant roads, it effectively promotes the development of the "PV + Green Ecology" model. Dongshanlong Power Station is built along the water body, with intelligent operation and maintenancesupporting its safe and efficient operation.

Targeting safe and stable operation, the station fully implements safety management responsibilities covering multiple dimensions including daily safety management andresolution of potential safety hazards. With solid management and outstanding performance, it was awarded the"Worker Pioneer" title by the Trade Union of Guixi City in 2023, and certified as a"Safety Standardization Demonstration Unit" in 2024. It is a high-quality project integrating low-carbon development, energy conservation and environmental protection.
