It issued the 2025 Action Plan for Scientific and Technological Innovation of CECEP Solar Energy Co., Ltd., which clearly defines the objectives, roadmaps and safeguard measures for scientific and technological innovation. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the technology development trend and market dynamics of the photovoltaic industry, the Company launched more than 70 scientific and technological innovation projects in 2025. Focusing on technical demands including the Power Trading Data, Marketing and Management Platform, perovskite-silicon tandem solar cells, integrated digital photovoltaic solutions, differentiated photovoltaic modules, photovoltaic power station efficiency enhancement, and end-of-life photovoltaic module recycling, the Company carries out sustained and proactive R&D of new technologies, new processes and new products. It has also conducted technical exchanges with a number of well-known manufacturers in the industry on the integrated park energy management platform and new energy centralized control platform, and completed 46 research and analysis reports covering the photovoltaic industry, energy storage industry and other related sectors, which has accelerated the exploration of new businesses.
The Company continuously monitors industry development trends, adapts to evolving development dynamics, and has established a well-established scientific and technological management mechanism and R&D platform system. In the first half of 2025, the Company was accredited as a National Enterprise Technology Center. The Company has owned 15 provincial and municipal R&D platforms, including: Jiangsu (CECEP) Engineering Technology Research Center for Crystalline Silicon Solar Cells and Modules, Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Beijing Municipal Enterprise Technology Center, Zhenjiang Institute of Technology for Crystalline Silicon Solar Cells and Modules, Zhenjiang Municipal Enterprise Technology Center, Zhenjiang Engineering Technology Research Center for Crystalline Silicon Solar Cells and Modules. It has obtained two authoritative accreditations for testing platforms: the National CNAS Laboratory, and the TÜV Rheinland Witness Testing Laboratory Qualification, and established 6 High-Tech Enterprises, 1 Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Enterprise, 6 Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive and Novel Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, 3 Technology-Based Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, 5 Innovative Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, and the Zhenjiang Key Laboratory qualification.
